Refund Policy 2026

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read the following carefully before subscribing.

Subscriptions
Our services are provided on a subscription basis, giving you access to digital content within our app. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing at the stated interval (e.g. monthly) unless cancelled.


Payments via Stripe
Where purchases are made directly through our website or app using Stripe, payments are processed securely on our behalf.


Due to the nature of digital content, we do not generally offer refunds once access has been granted. However, if you believe a payment has been taken in error, please contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

In-App Purchases (Apple App Store & Google Play)
If you subscribe via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your purchase is processed by Apple or Google respectively.


In these cases, we do not have access to your payment details and are unable to issue refunds directly. Any refund requests must be made through the platform you used to make your purchase and will be subject to their own refund policies.

Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.


Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that situations can arise. If you feel there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will always aim to respond fairly and reasonably.
