Service Description

Are you or your youngsters struggling to sleep at night? Many people, especially our teens, are looking at screens, drinking caffeine and not realising exactly what is happening to their brain and nervous system. This session explains how certain behaviours impact on us and interfere with our sleep, and gives some ideas on what we can do about it!
