One Membership - Whole School Support
We collaborate with schools to remove the £24-per-session cost for families,
giving all parents and staff unlimited access to FACE talks at no cost to them.
How does it work?
1. The school purchases a unique 100% discount code from FACE.
2. The school passes this code on to all their parents and staff.
3. Parents and staff book themselves on to the regular FACE parent talks via the website.
4. At the point of payment they apply their school code and this reduces the price from £24 a session to zero.
Code usage is tracked and can be shared with the school at any point
Attendance certificates are available on request if anyone wishes to evidence attendance.
What are the benefits?
Aligning with Ofsted
The FACE School Membership helps schools align with the 2026 Ofsted inspection framework, particularly around parental engagement and support, including support that is accessible outside the school day.
Up-skilling parents and staff
Enables all your parents and staff to have unlimited, free access to a wide range of online sessions. Parents and staff outside of SEN are requesting more information and education about key issues affecting young people.
Parental Choice and Control
Online sessions are accessible and interactive, held in both the mornings and evenings on a four-weekly rotation. Recording links are automatically sent to everyone who books. The links stay open for 48 hours after each live event, offering flexibility and giving parents choice about what, when and how interactive they wish to be.
Targeted Support for Neurodiverse Families
FACE provides support to parents of neurodiverse children without the need for referrals or waiting lists, ensuring timely and direct assistance.
Empowering Parents in Managing Emotions and Behaviour
FACE equips parents with strategies and confidence to support their children’s emotional and behavioural needs, helping families to thrive together.
How much does it cost?
The FACE School Membership is for 12 months.
It starts from when the school is sent the Confirmation Email containing the School Code, so no time is missed due to the payment process.
Primary schools - £230
With a cohort of 280 students, this amounts to just 82p per child for a full year of support to their parents.
Secondary schools, Academies and Colleges - £380
With a cohort of 1000 students, this amounts to only 38p per student
Organisations and Charities - £380
Extra reductions for Trusts and Collaborations
Schools from the same Trust or Collaboration that join at the same time,
receive an additional 20% discount:
£184 for primary schools and £304 for secondary schools when four or more participate.

Ready to join FACE?
Joining is simple.
To set up your FACE School Membership:
1. Download and complete the School Membership Agreement
Please complete the school details and confirm your agreement to the membership terms.
2. Return the completed agreement to FACE
Email the completed agreement to us using the address shown on the form.
3. We will set up your membership and send your invoice
Once we receive your completed agreement, we will set up your unique school code and send your invoice. Payment can be made by bank transfer or securely online by credit/debit card or PayPal.
4. Start sharing FACE with your parents and staff
Once payment is received, we’ll send your Confirmation of Payment email containing your unique school code, timetable and promotional materials. Your 12-month membership starts from this date, so no membership time is lost while payment is being processed.
